PRIVACY DISCLOSURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

We inform the data subject that European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.

ABACO S.p.A., as the "Data Controller", in accordance with Art. 13 of GDPR, is therefore bound to provide the following information:

  • DATA CATEGORIES:
    ABACO S.p.A. will process the personal data entered into the form.
  • SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA:
    The personal data that will be held by ABACO S.p.A. is collected directly from the data subject when the latter fills in this form.
  • PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS:
    Your consent is the legal basis for the processing of your data, stored and archived in connection with the completion of this form, which is carried out for the following purposes:
    • to respond to requests for information sent via the form;
    • to provide assistance and support services;
    • to manage the validation procedure for the activation of users for the trial period indicated;
    • to manage authentication for access to restricted areas of the website;
    • to proceed with newsletter signup (only with your explicit consent);
    • to send training, information and sales messages (only with your explicit consent).
  • DATA RECIPIENTS:

    A data subjact always has the right to request that data be erased, communicated, updated, rectified and completed, and more generally she/he may exercise all rights under Articles 15 and 22 of GDPR:
    • The right of access by the data subject (Art. 15 GDPR) and the right to obtain information concerning the origin of personal data; processing purposes and methods; identification details of the Data Controller and Data Processors; the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as Processors or appointed representatives;
    • Right to rectify (Art. 16 GDPR)
    • Right to erasure or right to be forgotten (Art. 17 GDPR)
    • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
    • Notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing (Art. 19 GDPR)
    • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
    • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
    • Automated individual decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR)
You also have the ability and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities (Data Protection Authority – EDPS - European Data Protection Supervisor).
  • MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION:
    We you that providing your data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk). Failure to provide the mandatory data will result in a failure to submit the form.
  • MANDATORY CONSENT:
    Consenting to data processing by ticking the specific box is optional, but it is essential in order to submit the form.
  • DATA PROCESSING METHODS:
    The personal data you provide will be used for processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations by which the Data Controller is bound. This data will be processed with computer tools, as a hard copy and on any other type of appropriate medium in compliance with the appropriate technical and organisational security measures provided for by GDPR.
  • PROFILING:
    Your personal data is not disseminated or subjected to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.
